Air-end

Heavy-duty bearings and double-lip shaft seals guarantee reliable long-term operation. Bearings have a rated service life of 80,000–100,000 hours, while the air end’s design lifespan hits approximately 200,000 hours.
Controller
A multi-language PLC control system is deployed, delivering a clean, intuitive interface that allows operators to adjust compressor settings effortlessly.
Fourteen protection mechanisms cover overload, short circuit, phase reversal, low temperature, overvoltage and more to fully protect the unit.
Powered by advanced microcomputer control, it supports intelligent operation, variable speed air volume regulation, automatic load control and soft start. Real-time dynamic data shows pressure, temperature, current and working curves of all parts clearly.
Large memory and equipped with printer interface; It can use computer remote monitoring or multiple linkage control between air compressors.
Inverter
